Refund Policy

This policy describes subscription cancellation, failed-payment handling, and refund review for China Sourcing OS.

Trials

If a plan includes a trial, billing starts after the trial unless canceled through the billing portal or by contacting support before the trial ends.

Cancellations

Companies can manage cancellation through the Stripe customer portal when available. Access may continue until the paid period ends unless the subscription is suspended for policy, security, or payment reasons.

Refund Review

Refunds are reviewed case by case for duplicate charges, billing errors, or service unavailability. Setup work, consumed usage, and custom provisioning may be non-refundable.

Failed Payments

Failed payments place the tenant into a past-due state. We may provide a grace period before blocking workspace actions.
